About this job
Many of the villages around Andover, Salisbury and Romsey are off the mains gas grid, and a lot of those homes run on LPG from a tank in the garden or bottles by the house. An LPG boiler works in much the same way as a gas boiler, but it is set up for the different gas and pressure, so it needs an engineer who is registered and experienced with LPG.
Dexter is Gas Safe registered for LPG as well as natural gas. He fits LPG versions of the same Ideal, Vaillant and Worcester Bosch boilers, checks the supply and regulator from the tank or bottles, and commissions the boiler on LPG before he leaves.

The boilers are the same models, set up for LPG rather than natural gas. They need an engineer who is Gas Safe registered for LPG to install and commission them.
Do you deal with the LPG tank?
Dexter checks the supply and regulator from the tank or bottles to the boiler. The tank itself is usually owned and maintained by your LPG supplier.
Can I switch from oil to LPG?
Sometimes. It depends on where a tank could go and the supply options. Mention it on the form and Dexter will talk it through.
